Kylie Cosmetics HOLIDAY Collection: Kyshadow Palette + Holiday Lipsticks and Lip Gloss Kit

In all honesty, I wasn't super wowed by the Holiday collection but after seeing swatches and the hype, I started to become really drawn to the eyeshadow palette. Unlike my many neutral palettes in my collection, I didn't have one like this. The jeweled-toned colours are all very complimentary to each other, and the fact that they had diamond powder in them made me want the palette more. The lip kit set I wanted to include in my order because I had to spend more than $60 to qualify for free international shipping, and also because I wanted to try out the lip glosses. I wish I had added the mini sets to my order but by the time I realised I wanted it, it went out of stock!

As soon as I saw Kylie Jenner drop this surprise collection, my first thoughts were 'Nooooo' because I loved every single shade in it. This collection is perfect for people who don't necessarily wear a lot of makeup or experiment with different shades but like to wear a bold lip on a night our or special occasion. The lip kit features 3 matte liquid lipsticks, a bright pink, a bold purple, and the perfect nude. The kit includes 1 gloss which is a shimmery nude which is perfect on any skin tone.

I told myself that I'd never get Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits because I thought they were faddy and expensive (expensive in a sense that I would be charged crazy custom fees - which I was). I do think the Kylie Jenner makeup range have decent colours compared to other brands that do liquid lipsticks, so I will give her that. However, she recently did a $5 international shipping and I thought I'd give it a chance and order a few things, and I'm glad she introduced the single matte lip products.
