I went to Geneva over a month ago and I have finally got round to posting my photos on the blog. I was there for 3 days with my best friend and Geneva is such a pretty place with super friendly people. I was just glad to also get a tan (albeit a strappy dress and sandal tan) but still, I got a nice tan on my upper half which I was very happy about. It was nice to have a small break, and a wander in a different city, soaking up a different culture...I'm hoping to have more smaller city breaks in the coming months. Enjoy my round of photos. Until next time, Geneva.

5 Beauty Tips I Would Tell My Younger Self | Make-up Mistakes
You know the saying - practise makes perfect! We all have to learn from somewhere and whether you are a professional makeup artist that has invested and studied for years in the industry, self-taught makeup artist or simply someone who loves and enjoys using makeup. I respect the industry and a lot of the brilliant make-up artists out there, and by all means I am definitely not a professional but I have certainly tried and tested different techniques and products over the 12 years I've been wearing make-up. Of course, not everything works for everyone due to different skin types, tones and textures, and face shapes, too. It has only been in the last 5 years that I have truly started to appreciate and understand the functionality of beauty products and their uses. I'm still on the hunt to find my 'holy grail' products for certain parts of my beauty routine, but for now, I'm enjoying the experimentation process. Below you'll find some of the tips I would have told myself back in the day, I did some awful beauty faux pas and one incredibly dangerous one!

Revising and Preparing for Exams Efficiently
It's exam season for most people, and students will be cramming in their last minute revision from their lovely-looking notes and desperately trying to remember what the lecturer/teacher was talking about. We've all been there. I've been there many times and as much as a I remember stressing over every exam and assignment, I sit here today in my office job wishing I was back at university because they were some of the best years of my life! After being in education for years, I developed my own revision habits that worked for me and I wanted to share them with you all.

My Everyday Jewellery Style | Fraser Hart | Tiffany & Co. | Longines | Pandora
Accessories either complete an outfit or change an outfit completely - but in a good way. One thing I'm always experimenting (and learning through inspiration) is accessorising. I'm a simple girl, so I feel like I'm always challenging my creative mind through accessorising and fashion styling. I'm so inspired by major fashionistas out there (Aimee Song of @songofstyle, Antoinette Marie of @sydneyfashionblogger, to name a couple), and I appreciate every individual's personal fashion style.
